Time format - change P.m. to p.m.

I'm using Studio 2021. My client has specifically requested this time format: 8.09 p.m. In my English (United Kingdom) TM, I went to Language Resources and tried to create a customized format for this. As the screenshot below shows, the "P" is in upper case. I can't figure out how to force it to be in lower case.

Trados Studio 2021 Time Formats dialog box showing a custom time format 'h.mm tm.' with an example output '9.08 P.m.' where 'P' is in uppercase.

The lowercase format must be possible because it appears in an image in another forum question.

I've tried the following:

  • I moved the TM from "All Language Pairs" to French -> English.
  • I replaced the original TM with an empty TM. I had the same problem during the TM configuration step.
  • I successfully changed the Windows time format to this format.

After each of these modifications, I restarted Studio and my computer.

So, is there a separator that would force the first letter to be in lowercase? Perhaps there are other solutions?

Thanks. Penguin
