I know someone asked a similar question before. When I try adding a new term, Trados freezes and I have to force closing. I tried reorganizing my TB and renaming the "Studio 17" folder to "Studio 17_old", but no luck. What else can I do? Thanks in advance for any help.

Please can you confirm where you downloaded the plugin from? Was it downloaded from the private appstore or from the AppStore page?
If you are not sure, please remove it using the integrated appstore from within Studio, then add it again. If you don't have private appstore set up yet, please use this link and follow the steps to download the version that will match your Studio version.

Thanks for your reply Oana. Looks like the issue was not the plugin. I repaired my MultiTerm installation and the problem seems to be resolved.
