Since I got Trados Studio 2022, I've had issues with LW and Cloud-base Resouces by LW. And I downloaded the 2022 LW app.
The most recent one is empty segments after the Pre-translate via the Batch Tasks.
The issue doesn't occur all the time but occasionally, usually at the worst time.
The Trados support hasn't been able to resolve the issue. I was told that I need to ask questions here.
Does anybody know how to resolve the issue or a workaround?
I provide my clients with my estimated turnaround times on the assumption that the batch pre-translate works. So, when it doesn't work, it creates a major issue for me.
