Segments show up empty after pre-translate (batch task)

Since I got Trados Studio 2022, I've had issues with LW and Cloud-base Resouces by LW. And I downloaded the 2022 LW app.
The most recent one is empty segments after the Pre-translate via the Batch Tasks.
The issue doesn't occur all the time but occasionally, usually at the worst time.

The Trados support hasn't been able to resolve the issue. I was told that I need to ask questions here.

Does anybody know how to resolve the issue or a workaround?

I provide my clients with my estimated turnaround times on the assumption that the batch pre-translate works. So, when it doesn't work, it creates a major issue for me.

    The last case you raised with support was on the 7.09 and the closing comments suggested all was well once you had the latest plugin installed.

    I understand your concern over batch tasks being reliable when pre-translating using Language Weaver Cloud.
    Does this mean Language Weaver Cloud works only on a per segment basis?

    I am just trying to clarify the exact circumstance. We have had historic issues with this pre-translate and NMT, but from what I can see most have been addressed. 

    * If Language Weaver Cloud is not showing results, regardless if its during pre-translate or on the fly, please can you check your account: https://translate.sdl.com/login
    * If Language Weaver Cloud is working but only under special circumstance, can you tell me more about your project settings and workflow? 
      Example, is GroupShare invovled? Do you have other resources integrated and if so what happens if you disable TM's then pre-translate with just NMT.
