I installed Trados Studio 2021 SR2 - 16.2.10.9305, but the termbase appeared the error mentioned above when creating a new translation project, and I can not even access to the new termbase I created in Multiterm on desktop.
I have no idea how to solve it. Any help?

I know this article mentions 2019 and you are using 2021.

Finally I got the answer to solve this problem. Maybe the plug-in for compatibility was missing for unknown reason and I couldn't find it. So I used the simplest way (perhaps a rough way) to uninstall the Trados and reinstall it. In the end, it just worked!!!
