Can't open GroupShare Projects

Hello,

in the past, I have received a lot of GroupShare projects which I was able to open without any issues. Suddenly, I can't open them any more although the server is set up correctly. Might it be that the system was confused because I was running Trados 2021 and 2022 in parallel on one machine? I also might have clicked somewhere or acknowledged something which I shouldn't. I don't know.

I have also tried to return my license so I can reinstall the program, but unfortunately it wouldn't let me do so. I received error message both trying to retun my license online and offline. What I have done so far is I have removed Trados 2021 so that only Trados 2022 is left on the computer.

I tend to also uninstall this program and reinstall it, but I fear this won't work because I can't return my license.

Is anybody out there how could please help?

    I've read the below thread with great interest as I have a similar problem:
    I'm using Trados Studio 2021 SR2 - 16.2.12.9338 and I've been working with Client A regularly using GroupShare projects, accessing them directly within the Trados Studio desktop app.

    Since a few weeks, I cannot access GroupShare projects assigned to me by Client A via the GroupShare window anymore (I can access the server from Client B and F without any issues).
    However, when logging on to Client A's GroupShare via browser, I can see the task assigned to me and download a project package.
    Also, there's a green arrow next to Client A's server in the Trados GroupShare window (and the server is tagged as 'available').

    We've tried with Client A to reset my account and credentials, but the issue persists.

    Any idea what we could do here so I can access assigned projects from Client A within the relevant Studio window? Since I can access GroupShare via browser, I would assume the issue is with my desktop installation?
