Fill the descriptive fields of the termbank with information

Good evening, 
 I've added a termbase (Terminologiedatenbank) to my project. When I created the termbase I've added several descriptive fields. 
 Beschreibende Felder: Bild Definition Quelle Genus Auftragsnummer Boolescher Wert Ja/Nein Datum Kontext 
 How can I fill these later with pictures etc.? 
 I don't see anything like "add field" ("Feld hinzuf&uuml;gen"), and I also don't see it when I open the termbase in Multiterm. 
 Could you please help?

GS When you created the termbase and defined the fields, you had to select the type of the field. If you define your field "Bild" as type "Multimedia file", you will be able to insert a picture into this field. But you need to do this when you create the termbase. Here is an example of the definition of a termbase with a picture type field:

If you click on "Feld hinzuf&uuml;gen" at the top, below "Eintrags-ID", you will see the field "Bild" and be able to add your picture. The function "Feld hinzuf&uuml;gen" is available at all 3 levels, you need to choose the one where your field is located.
