Studio 2021 - Translation Results not displaying any TUs

Hi friends,

A team member encountered this problem half way through her work. Refer to screenshot:

She is connected to the TMs and the best-matching TUs were automatically populated as they should. However no TUs were shown on the above window.

What could be the cause of this and how should we help her?

    Sorry my bad, I posted the wrong screen-shot. I meant Translation Results as well. This is the correct one with No matches found in it but missing in your first screen-shot:Trados Studio screenshot showing the Concordance Search window with 'No matches found' message for English-German language pair.

    It’s not clear to me if you already tried Reset window Layout

    If you did, could you see the No matches found string now in the Translation Results window?

    If still doesn't work, could it be that the TM is not the expected one? To test this option, please open the TM named Jennie E TC […] in Trados Studio from Translations Memories View and then search for Customer info:. If you can’t find it either, then it’s the wrong TM. The right TM might have been deleted, for example.
