I'm having trouble opening Trados Studio as I keep on getting this message when I try to open it --> "Service "SDL.translationStudio.Api.ProjectManagementService" could not be started."
I'm a beginner and I'm using Trados on a virtual machine with my university. I already tried to follow these solutions https://gateway.rws.com/csm?id=kb_article_view&sysparm_article=KB0039395
I hope someone can help me.

Hi thank you but I am a total beginner so I don't know how to open Go to C:\Users\%username%\Documents\Studio 201X\Projects on my system

Just open the Documents folder on Windows Explorer, then you’ll see a folder named starting with Studio 201 (the X above stands for the real version you have installed), then you’ll see the Projects folder.
