It looks to me as though you don't know how to work with AnyTM.  All you need to do is add your Wise TM_en-EN_tr-TR.sdltm via AnyTM when you add it to your project and use that for both directions.  You never add the others at all.  The application will manage this for you.

However, if they really do contain different amounts of content now then you have a couple of options at least.  One way is to open up the two you don't want to keep in Studio and export to TMX.  Then import the TMX files into the one you wish to keep.

Or, you can use the "Upgrade Translation Memories" feature to merge them into one by selecting all three and then using this option:

This will merge them all into one as you can see.  It will also create a new one for this so your originals will be unharmed.
