I can't open any of my files. I'm mostly getting the error message "key not found", but there are other error messages, as well. I tried "repairing" the software, but that didn't do anything. ....help, please!!!

A reset often helps with a multitude of problems. Repair doesn't reset the files that could contribute to a problem, always worth trying that too.
To do this just close Trados Studio and then rename this folder:
c:\Users\%username%\AppData\Roaming\SDL\SDL Trados Studio\Studio16\
to c:\Users\%username%\AppData\Roaming\SDL\SDL Trados Studio\Studio16_old\
If you can't find this folder then you need to unhide your hidden files/folders:
Then restart Trados Studio and see if that helped.
