I can't open any of my files. I'm mostly getting the error message "key not found", but there are other error messages, as well. I tried "repairing" the software, but that didn't do anything. ....help, please!!!

If you can copy the error stacks into a code snippet it's more helpful.  The screenshots don't really tell us very much and we can't review a screenshot of an error stack easily.  This would be the error stack:

Error message in Trados Studio showing 'KeyNotFoundException' and a stack trace with various method calls.

To add them as code you would either insert the XML you can download to your desktop from here:

Trados Studio interface highlighting the 'Code' option in the editing toolbar with an arrow pointing towards it.

Or copy/paste the text from the XML file and insert as code from the link below the one I highlighted above.  I normally choose XML as it renders nicely and makes the code more readable:

Dialog box for inserting code in Trados Studio with options to select language as 'XML' and a field to copypaste code.

I tried "repairing" the software, but that didn't do anything. ....help, please!!!

A reset often helps with a multitude of problems.  Repair doesn't reset the files that could contribute to a problem, always worth trying that too.

To do this just close Trados Studio and then rename this folder:

    c:\Users\%username%\AppData\Roaming\SDL\SDL Trados Studio\Studio16\

    to c:\Users\%username%\AppData\Roaming\SDL\SDL Trados Studio\Studio16_old\

If you can't find this folder then you need to unhide your hidden files/folders:

    www.howtogeek.com/.../

Then restart Trados Studio and see if that helped.
