In the meantime I can only think this may be related to some project template you have set as default that is calling a task you don't have access to perhaps?  Try deleting this file and restart:

c:\[USERNAME]\pfilkin\Documents\Studio 2019\Project Templates\Default.sdltpl

Or even rename this folder and restart:

c:\Users\[USERNAME]\Documents\Studio 2019\Project Templates\

I have nothing to contribute to the possible root cause of this specific error, but I am just amazed about the awesome article posted by Paul and the "twist" of testing Chatgpt to make sense of "cryptic" error messages. You rock Paul !

So getting the error stack to investigate this further would be useful.  I have spoken with the support team on this today and nobody has seen this one before.
