Error message that stops Studio 2019 from completing its launch procedure

Hi everyone,

I'm new to this forum, so apologies in advance if my question has already been covered here. I'd like to see if anyone here can help me sort out a technical issue I'm having with my Studio 2019 Freelance package.

I've been working with it for quite a while and things have gone pretty smoothly so far, but a short while ago I started getting an error message whenever I launched the program, which stops it from finishing its launch procedure. As soon as I press "OK" on the error message, the message disappears, but so does Studio.

The message has a white cross in a red circle on the left and the wording is this: "No manual task template with id 'human-translation' could be found."

Any ideas why it's appeared and what I can do to remedy the issue? (I've already re-installed the whole package, but it didn't make any difference.)

My O/S is Windows 10 Home and it's up to date (build 19045.2604). My Studio installation is SR2 and is also up to date (15.2.8...).

Thanks.

Carl
