Trados is not updating my file despite having the review file imported back successfully

Dear colleagues,

I have imported a translation review file back into Trados and the import went successfully (import from bilingual review) :

Then, when I come back to my document, the file remains empty:

What should I do to have the document updated from the bilingual review and see the translation here?

  •   A few things could explain this.

    • Be sure the target segments has content and the segments are in a draft/confirmed state.
    • The document you are importing back into Studio is the original exported document and not the updated document
    • Changed made were out of the scope of what is supported, so new segments for example

    If the reviewer did not use Track Changes in MS word, or if the import back in is not assigned to translation rejected as a segments status then initial impression is import did not work. Because the usual markups are missing, but upon closer inspection they did import in but its no longer easy to assess.

    Is the only project where updating from external review is not working?
