Is it just their TM you cant access or are you working on a server project as well as?

Your client would have given you a URL/server address for GroupShare.
As well as your user name / password.

Can you access their GroupShare via web browser?
If yes, can you see the TM in question?

Its my way of assessing your access rights and then establishing compatibility with GroupShare and your Studio version. 
This is important and version compatibility between your Studio and their GroupShare can be reconfirmed here

Thank you for your return.

I can't access the TM when I am working on Trados desk application. I do not access their Groupshare portal (I don't know how to explain better, sorry).

When I access their groupshare via web browser, I can't see anything at all.

I have already worked on other projects for this client and I know this issue does not come from versions.
I'll try your solutions, and let you know.

I have tried both solutions (twice) and it's still the same...

If you are able to log in, then there is nothing wrong with log in details.
If however everything is blank, then it implies you are limited rights and the resources you require (TM) is not available to you.

I would encourage you to re-evaluate with the client as they may have made changes within GroupShare between projects, which is impacting your accessibility
Including a GroupShare upgrade?  Just worth clarifying if their GroupShare version is supported in 2021?
