Sometimes, the document has date writing as following:
11-March-2023
23April2022
How can I set to let Trados recongize those items as date?

Do these dates need to be localized or simply copy source date to target but keep the format the same?
Localizing dates would be managed within the TM settings under "language Resources"
You can create custom date formats telling Studio how to recognise it but it does have 1 requirement that your format does not support.
It needs to have some kind of separator to help Studio recognise it's a date:
My recommendation would be to try perform some pre project effort on the source file.
Batch find and replace were you add a supported separator. Then post translation reverse your find and replace to restore the format as needed.

Thanks Lydia, I will try this settings
Since Studio doesn't recognise dates without spaces, I use the Regex Match Autosuggest Provider plug-in:
In the plug-in, define all months as variables (and call them "Month") and translate them under the Variables tab. Then write the Regex Pattern, which for a date without spaces is
(\d{1,2})(#Month#)(\d+) |
Then enter the back references $1 $2 $3 in the Replace Pattern field.
Once you've set it up, as soon as you type the first digit in your target segment, autosuggest will offer you the correct date format with spaces.
As Lydia eluded to... I would use the SDLXLIFF toolkit to adapt the source across the whole file in one go and then you'll get the features you want in all modes of work... pre-translation and interactively.

Dear Emma,
Does the Regex Match Autosuggest works in pre-translation?
Dear Paul,
How can I setup the date format without a space in language resource? (ddMMyyyy is not allowed)
e.g.
Events happened date:
30AUG2020, 31MAR2021, 11SEP2020, 08SEP2020, 11JAN2021, 16APR2021, 01FEB2021, 24MAR2021, 31DEC2020, 07MAY2021
You can't. If I was you I'd use the sdlxliff toolkit to adapt the source dates to something that can be recognised.

No it doesn't.
Either change the source first (most reliable and easiest approach I think), or try the TermInjector. That will allow you to create patterns to pick up your dates. The latter being better if you think you'll get repeat work with dates in this format. If it's a one off I'd use the toolkit.

Thanks Paul!
Any tips in using TermInjector?
