Failed to save target content, could not find file

Hello!

I received this error msg "Failed to save target content, could not find file..." This struck me as crazy, since I checked through Windows File Explorer that the path is still there, accurate as ever.

Having read the solution to someone else's same problem, I went into AV settings and allowed Trados Studio and Multiterm to go through the firewall unimpeded. Did it work? No.

Now it's impossible for me to save a file at all by clicking on the save icon. I get the error msg "Access to the path is denied." There was also another error msg stating that another file could not be found. This was an autosave file with a string of letters and numbers so long, it's not feasible to copy it here. Heaven only knows what other error messages are lurking!

So now that I can't save a target file, and can't save a current version of the file in Editor mode by clicking on the disk icon, Trados Studio 2022 is completely unusable. As a newbie working on the Trados Studio eLearning Course for Beginners, I'm ready to bang my head against the desk.

Can anyone help? And what should I do if no one has an answer? There isn't a support phone number, is there? I will be forever grateful for any assistance.
