Are you trying to move the cursor to the next untranslated segment, pehaps?
Either way, it is down to the settings of your new laptop. You can also check further in Studio keyboard shortcuts in File tab(top left corner)>Options>Keyboard shorcuts:

Thank you for your answer. I've tested and everything worked fine on my end. Could you provide the Source and Target languages you are using? What is the language your keyboard is set?
