Are you trying to move the cursor to the next untranslated segment, pehaps?
Either way, it is down to the settings of your new laptop. You can also check further in Studio keyboard shortcuts in File tab(top left corner)>Options>Keyboard shorcuts:

however what I meant was when I used 'ctrl key + right arrow' and the cursor moved to the next space in the same segment before.
But now it's not working.
