Hello, some question that might help us reproduce this:

1. Could you reproduce this constantly on multiple files or is it specific to a certain file? 
2. Was this the result of a Copy Source to Target?
3. Do you have some Tag specific options set or are you using the defaults?

1. Yes, this happened on multiple files, though all from the same client. I exported the translation back to the client, they could not reproduce this problem, Theses segments showed no problem on their side – But they are using Studio 2021!

2. As a rule segments with so many tags I start buy copying the source to the target and insert my translation inbetween the tags. Though I think that this specific segment was a TM result, but I am not sure.

3. I toggled between the 4 different tag displays (no tag, partial tag, tag id and full tag display), but it did not help.

I also tried an installation repair, restarting Studio, restarting my pc – didn't help.

btw. In the screenshot above some of the translation is also missing, not only tags.

In the meantime I have uninstalled Studio and then re-installed it without the latest service pack. This seems to have solved the issue

Yiftah Hellerman-Carmel in this new SR release we completely revamped the editor, moving it from the old technology to the latest. However like all major changes there are situations we didn't foresee. Is there a chance you could you provide  the project file (or a sample where this is reproducing) so that we have a chance of fixing this? 

Lastly if you use any plugins that interact directly with the editor, could you please try to uninstall them and try again?

Yiftah Hellerman-Carmel is your bug somehow similar to this one: After the SR1 update, tags in Studio 2022 are not displayed properly when inserting Unicode control characters - 2. Trados Studio - Trados Studio - RWS Community ? If yes, then we managed to reproduce it. 

Bogdan Costisor I am not sure whether it is the same problem, and I can't reproduce it because I already uninstalled the latest update. For me the problem was present in the TM results as well.

Did you add your translation to the TM after the tags went missing in your translation or did this result come from a result that your 100% certain should have already had the tags in there?

I think this is exactly the same problem as in the other thread.

Paul I am almost sure the TM results were from previous projects and should have contained the tags, they were very high matches. But, as I said, I can'r redproduce it and be certain about it, because I reverted to the version prior to the last update.
