I don't think so.  Even in 2022, and despite the semantic similarity between "WirbelGas" and "Wirbel-Gas", the hyphen is seen as a significant difference, hence the low match percentage which must be less than 30% as even lowering it won't return a value.

Concordance returns a value though:

Just make sure that in your project settings you have lowered the concordance minimum match value to a value low enough to find these differences.

Unfortunately it's not working here. I'm not sure why, but even when lowering the minimum value to 30, the concordance search doesn't show any results.

I have lowered the match value of the termbase as well and there at least an entry with hyphen is found. However, not all words can be found in the termbase.

Then it may be a difference between 2022 and the version you are using?

But before writing this off as a version thing please make sure you are using a TM that has been reindexed and is up to date.

The TM is updated and reindexed, so apparently the Trados version makes a difference. I will see when I update my Trados version in the future.
