Can you guess ours?

I guess you answer is "the matches are there in the TM, which you have to re-arrange, re-align and re-connect each time you see this funny Found_match_but_will_not_show_you message, or even export to tmx file and import back to an empty fresh TM,  because it is by-design flaw"  ?

Paul didn't ask you to guess the answer. He asked you to guess what our question to you would be to give us enough facts to give you an answer... Only because you asked us to guess in the first place, of course 

Our question/s might be "Can you describe the steps that led to this scenario, what version of Studio are you running, what other information can you supply to lead us to find a solution for you?" That last part could be many things, such as the environment you're working in, whether you're working locally or to a server, whether you're using any plug-ins, details of the TM and its settings and whether it is local or on a server. The list goes on and you are the best person to supply that information.

I believe the details you mentioned are well-known to Trados specialists, as this topic has been discussed within the community before. While I am not currently employed as a Trados tester, I simply need things to work properly or have an immediate answer as a user.
