Could the Search and Replace function be improved?

Question

With the increase in MTPE work, I find it impedes productivity to have to close and re-open the Search and Replace window every time I need to search for a new term. Ctrl+H should automatically fill the "Find what" box with whatever is highlighted instead of having to close the window after every search. The only alternative is to type over the new search parameter in that box, which doesn't save time and can introduce errors.

In the meantime maybe you can write an AutoHotkey script to do this? Remove the Ctrl+H shortcut in Studio and instead use it as a hotkey combination to trigger a script that takes your selected text, copies it to your clipboard, opens up the Find & Replace dialogue and then pastes the selected text into the search field of the Find & Replace window.
