I have Trados 2021.

I am currently working on a large-scale project (48 files in 4 folders, and each file has about 2000 words). The folders are named A단계, B단계, C단계 and D단계 as shown in <Figure 3>.

I created a termbase when I started this project, and I have completed the first two folders so far. (i.e, 24 files in 2 folders).

When I started working on the 3rd folder today, I noticed that the termbase I used for the previous two folders was not linked to my project any more.

The termbase I used is the first file in <Figure 1>: CorrectTrans_PlayFacto_20230627.

When I tried to include this termbase in my project, there was a "General error occurred MultiTerm is unable to retrieve the multimedia object." message, as shown in <Figure 2>.

Please note that what I did before opening the 3rd folder was adding an additional folder (5th folder) the same customer sent me, by clicking the project package file of another name.

This new folder was highlighted after A단계, B단계, C단계, and D단계 folders in <Figure 3>.   

I suspect adding the 5th folder messed up somehow.

Why did this error message occur, and how to fix this problem?
