I understand your need for a Kudos system in Trados Studio's standard Translation Quality Assessment (TQA) functionality. However, as of now, Trados Studio's TQA system only allows for the deduction of points, not the awarding of them. The scoring settings are designed to assess errors or issues in a translation, hence the positive values represent the severity of the error, not a reward system.

While the Qualitivity plugin does offer this feature, I understand that it may not be the ideal solution for you due to its complexity and additional metrics.

As a workaround, you could consider using the comments feature in Trados Studio to highlight and praise good translations. This way, you can still provide positive feedback alongside the standard TQA functionality.
