I downloaded SDL Trados Studio 2019 SR2 CU8 but it did not solve the issue. I cannot reinstall Trados Studio 2019 as I also have Trados Studio 2021, so I don't have a licence for Trados 2019 anymore

You can only deal with users in this forum unless you have a support contract, and for that you'd also have to be on the latest version of the software, not an old one.
