Object reference not set to an instance of an object

Hi. When I open Trados 2019 I get the following error message in the middle of the page "Object reference not set to an instance of an object" and when I click on OK, in order to close the page, then the program shuts down. Can anyone kindly help me with this? Thanks!

  • I downloaded SDL Trados Studio 2019 SR2 CU8 but it did not solve the issue. I cannot reinstall Trados Studio 2019 as I also have Trados Studio 2021, so I don't have a licence for Trados 2019 anymore
