error (Failed to initialize view ”SDLReportsViewer_View” ) when I started to Trados.

Hi I get an error  (Failed to initialize view ”SDLReportsViewer_View” ) when I started to Trados. This is after I installed the last update for the current version. Does anyone know what I have to do to get around this error? I can t open the software. :(

    Hi,

    I also met this error - Failed to initialize view "SDLReportsViewer_View" - after I updated to Trados Studio 2022 SR1_CU7_17560.

    But I noticed that the error is about "ReportViewer" and I remembered that I installed a plugin named "Reports Viewer Plus", I guess maybe this plugin is the reason for the error.

    Then I uninstalled the plugin and successfully restarted Trados Studio 2022 SR1 CU7 17560.

    Please use the "Sdl.Community.SdlPluginInstaller.exe" to uninstall the plugin (Trados Studio 2022) .

    "C:\Program Files (x86)\Trados\Plugin installer\Sdl.Community.SdlPluginInstaller.exe"

    Thanks for reporting, we'll investigate this week.  I can also reproduce it so we have a full error stack.

    Note that the only really useful information you can provide is the error stack, screenshots showing part of the details are not really helpful.  So like this... just attach to your post:

    Sorry, for saying, maybe the technical team is around if there is any, but after each update I need to fix or correct something…

    Started to be afraid to update the software.
