Excel file corrupted(??) after save Target file

Question

Hello 
 Working with an excel file. When first open the file in Trados and save the Target file we are able to open that target up. However, even translated one segment and save the target file get this message: 
 
 I am wondering since this has drop down option built into the file that this might be causing the issue, even though in Trados 2021 were able to translate files with this.

Trados 2022 (Trados Studio 2022 SR1 - 17.1.6.16252) segments with this drop down info does populate. 
 
 Any idea why this happens when saving excel Target file.

Did a work around solve for this. For the Data Validation create Lists in a separate Sheet to pull from. Solved problem that way.
Still uncertain why Trados could pull in these dropdown items as segments but when creating target excel file they disappear. Possibility of Trados 2022 change. Had been able to use same type of spreadsheets and create files when using 2021.
