URGENT: Fehlermeldung: Der Index lag außerhalb des Bereichs

I'm contacting you because I'm experiencing problems when starting Trados Studio 2022 since this morning and unfortunately the problem could not be solved until now.

I receive the following error message after a few seconds when I try to start Trados Studio 2022:

Der Index lag außerhalb des Bereichs. Er darf nicht negativ und kleiner als die Sammlung sein. Parametername: index

I have already deactivated my license and installed and deinstalled Trados Studio 2022 several times today but unfortunately without success and the problem still persists. :-(

Did anyone of you ever had this problem before and therefore could help me with this matter?

    I have no experience with licensing. This is a special case which can only be solved or answered by Trados people.

    However, the most probable answer is a delay on the website. As long your product is activated with a perpetual license I would not pay any attention to what online is. Myself I never have seen such situation. The most common problem is that the license online is not available and must be resetted even though the product has been deactivated.

    BTW, when you uninstall and reinstall the product on the same machine deactivating the license is not necessary.
