TM Corrupt Issue

I have SDL Trados Studio 2021 Freelance Plus. For some time, I have been having issues with the translation memory (translation memory file data is corrupt). I tried the solution of deleting the repository xml file but it did not work. Is there a way around this?

 Have you got yor TM in a folder synced with OneDrive, Google Drive, Dropbox or similar service? If so, please move the TM somewhere else or stop syncing that folder while you work on Trados Studio.
