"Value cannot be null.Parameter name: cookie" and the source file doesn't open in Editor

I was unable to work on a project on Groupshare, as the source file didn't open in the Editor. The error message was: "Value cannot be null.Parameter name: cookie".
It seems to be a new problem, there are no entries with this parameter name in the Knowledge Base.
And I had just installed the latest release/version SR2 of Trados Studio 2022, so maybe the problem is related to this.
Now the deadline for the project has expired and it has been assigned to another linguist, but can I solve the problem when the client sends me anotyher project on Groupshare?
