Terminology database file not found after update

Question

After installation of Service Pack 2 Studio 2022 17.2.8.18668, Studio no longer finds the termbases with the error message cannot find file, although I can navigate to them and see them in the dialogue box to open them 
 How can I solve this?

Thanks, I have also submitted a request for an offer for a support contract. 
 The termbases worked again when I downgraded to the previous version again, but I then cannot get a WorldServer converter to work with that version any more, so a rock and a hard place.

 I added the second email address to the support case, the RWS engineer will most probably contact you on Monday. 
 As a suggestion, if the path contains double slash or backslash that is causing the issue. Try to copy the termbases on a locations without double slash or backslash and see if it works.

 I would strongly recommend you do not do this unless you are certain you have configured OneDrive to always keep the files on your local drive as well as being in the cloud. If you don't do that the default settings for OneDrive will at some point remove your files to cloud only and just leave a footprint behind. This will put you back into the same problem of files not being found. 
 Windows also creates a Documents folder that is not OneDrive\Documents. I suggest you use that one.

 If your termbases are stored on a shared drive please copy them locally on your PC and then try to open them from there.

 The path and the termbase name look ok. Is Multiterm also updated to the latest version (17.2.2737)? If not, please try to update it: https://downloadcentercdn.sdl.com/TP/Trados/T2022/MultiTerm/SR2/MultiTermDesktop2022SR2_17.2.2.2737.exe 
 If it still doesn`t work after the update, try the following steps: 
 1. Close Trados Studio 2. Go to: C:\Users\%username%\AppData\Roaming\Trados\Trados Studio (you can copy/paste this path directly in Windows File Explorer) 3. Rename Studio17 to OLD_Studio17 4. Reopen Studio and check if everything works ok.
