Please see the screenshots. They are self explanatory. Please also see the Autocorrect settings file that I created and failed to even import it and have no idea why! I followed the exact formatting of the settings file, so let me know if I am missing anything. The autocorrect feature does not work for Arabic language at all.

Same here. But note that there are duplicates all over the file. For example, if you open the AutoCorrect file in Notepad++, you’ll see that lines 17 and 31 are identical (or I believe they are):
I’d copy all the entries of the <AutoCorrectEntries> section and paste in excel in order to delete duplicates. Then paste them back to the AutoCorrect file (being very very careful with spaces and tags).
Just out of curiosity: How did you create that AutoCorrect file? The fact that there are duplicates makes me think that it wasn’t done via the Trados Studio user interface, which may be the root of the error.

Thanks for taking a look, but the Duplicates has nothing to do with the fact that AutoCorrect does not work in Arabic language and I assume all BIDI languages. I manually created this Autocorrect file using Excel to concatenate the entries in the same structure of an English Autocorrect file, and I made sure that I use the proper language code for Arabic language. Have you had a chance to take a look at the other WordList problem?
The error is probably due to duplicate entries added somehow and probably outside the available Trados Studio user interface.

If you use the Trados Studio user interface, you won’t get duplicate entries, so I believe that this is the cause of the error. FYI: In Notepad++ I removed all AutoCorrect entries from line 31 and I could import the settings file (until line 30), so there is definitely something wrong with that line 31:
About the WordList, I think it’s more a request to be added in the Ideas section (https://community.rws.com/ideas/trados-portfolio-ideas/i/trados-studio)

I don’t know what you tried. Try removing all duplicates (because there are more than one duplicate).
