Two immediate suggestions:

1. you are only looking at the first page which shows 50 entries.
2. The SDLXLIFF file you imported contained duplicate segments, and placeables, so the import only takes the first one and discounts the rest since they are not needed.

Just guessing.  Screenshots are always helpful.  So, an image of the completed import before you close the dialogue as this tells you how many were imported and how many were not.  Also a screenshot of the TM Maintenance View might show us that point 1. is the reason.

How can the number of entries of a TM be checked, please ? I cannot publish screenshots, it's confidential.

I followed the bot's advice to upgrade the TM and found that this particular TM could not be upgraded because this option (the last one on the list) is greyed out (although it is active and can be selected for other TMs).

I didn't ask for anything that could be confidential.  I'm only interested in  the results of your import and whether or not I can you have multiple pages from your menu.

Most likely because you created a new TM and imported a single SDLXLIFF file into it.  It probably doesn't have enough TUs in it to be upgraded.

You are not really providing enough relevant information for the bot to give you a better answer... it's only a computer!

Thank you, Paul, in the meantime I saw that all the entries where there. You were right, it was the first page ;)

But I still don't know why the TM entries are not suggested in my translation (as I received the Word file this morning, and I'm still struggling :/) To make sure it works I "plugged out" NMT.

The "upgrade option" is grey and cannot be selected. I thought that this might be the origin of the problem.
