To prevent the problem from reoccurring in the future, you can add file extension exceptions to your Anti Virus/Firewall list. The extensions that need to be added are *.sdlppx, *.sdlproj, *.sdlrpx, *.ttp, *.wsxz, *.stppk, *.sdlxliff.
