    Hi Anna,

If you haven't tried closing and reopening Studio 2022, try doing that first.

If that doesn't work, a Windows Repair should sort out the problem.

    Here is how:

    1. Close all RWS applications.
    2. Open the Control Panel:
      • Windows Vista/7: Start > Control Panel > Programs > Programs and Features.
      • Windows 8: Right-click on the screen at bottom-left corner and choose Control Panel > Uninstall a Program.
      • Windows 10: Right-click on Start > Control Panel > Select View by: Small Icons > Programs and Features.
      • Windows 11 : Go to Installed Apps by typing the name in the search bar
    3. Click/highlight the relevant RWS product from the list of installed programs, e.g. Trados Studio 2017 SR1 and click Repair. For Trados Studio 2019 / 2021 / 2022, the button is Uninstall/Change > Repair.
      • New Control Panel app has active only the Uninstall button - click on Uninstall and a new window will appear with the Repair option
    4. Restart Trados Studio.

    There are further options here:

Repairing your installation of Trados Studio

If none of the above work, report it back to this thread and someone from RWS will be able to help you...

    All the best,
