Hello,
I can't seem to be able to open Worldserver packages after installing the Worldserver Compatibility Pack. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling Trados again, but I'm always getting the same error.
A screenshot of the error message is enclosed below. Do you know what the problem could be?
My version is Trados Studio 2021 SR2 - 16.2.12.9338.

Hi Luciano Monteiro ,
the WorldServer components that you have installed do not match your Studio version. In fact, the components for your version are not available on the RWS store. Please follow these steps:
1- Close Trados Studio
2- Download this zip file "Studio 2021 CU4 and below (16.2.1739).zip" from this FTP location:
https://centralftp.sdl.com/?u=2XCVAx8CMQnuDw&p=PEMWh26cn9En8K
3- Once downloaded, unzip it and run the MSI file to install it. The installation will be very fast and silent.
4- Finally, re-open Trados Studio . The "Open WorldServer Package" button on the "Projects" page should be available.
Please let us know if it works.
Also, to avoid this situation, please consider upgrading your Trados Studio to the latest Studio 2022 version and its WorldServer components. See also article:

Thank you for your reply and for providing the FTP link.
I downloaded and ran the MSI file, but then Trados crashed whenever I tried to open it.
So I did a clean install of everything. After that, Trados was working fine, so I closed it and ran the MSI file again. And once again, Trados wouldn't open, with the same error, as enclosed below:
Please let me know if you need more information. I could save an XML file with the full error message, but I don't know if I should post it here lest it might contain identifiable information about my computer or my files.

Luciano Monteiro , the WorldServer component file version I provided is correct for your Studio 2021 SR2 - 16.2.12.9338, see also this post from someone on the same version as you:
