We would like to replace non-breaking hyphens and non-breaking spaces by normal hyphens and normal spaces in Studio projects that are pre-created by an automated process. We don't have the possibility to modify the original Word file for the moment. We use Studio 2021.
You cannot do this directly in Studio, as the source text in Editor can only be edited in individual segments, not in batch. But you can install ToolKit and replace whatever you want there, both in source and in target.

Could you please tell me more about "Toolkit"? Is it a plugin that can be downloaded from RWS AppStore?

The use is very simple: add file, files or project. Make sure all files are selected. Define your search & replace criteria on the Replace tab and perform the operation. This is all.
A word of warning: as usual, when playing a surgeon on the internal file structure, before doing so create a full backup of your files, just in case.
