I understand that you want to translate an Excel file in Trados Studio without any visible tags. Here's how you can achieve this:

This has to be done in the project settings, not in File->Options. Or in the project template, if you are using one.

Please find the screenshot below, I have done the same way but it is not happening.

Changing the settings won't change the way a file already in the project is being handled. You can either delete that file (the source version), which of course will also delete all translations, or you can start a new project and make these changes at project creation:

SInce the file looks like there is a lot of stuff in it that you actually don't want to translate, I think you might like to use the Really Handy Preview Function of the project file types dialogue. Tinker around with the settings until the file looks like you want in the preview, and then move forward through the project creation wizard.

Your Excel file is really messy, sorry to say that. You can skip cells "having" a certain text colour, but I am not sure how that works with cells with mixed text. Also not sure if the text colour has to be set for the cell or can be set for charaters for this filter to work.

That the code is spread out over several segments is quite unfortunate. I am almost 100% sure that this was once an XML file that got exported to Excel, making it that much harder to filter it properly.

This is as far as I can help you. If you manage to get the XML source of this file, and if you understand how to handle XML files (start here for a truckload of good advice), then you might be able to prepare this well for translation. If the Excel file is all you can get/handle, then there is a lot of manual work and messy TM entries coming your way.

Thanks for the help, but I tried filtering it with color, with the exact RGB color but it is not helping. Any idea why are these texts not getting hidden while the other are hidden?

Might have to do with at which place Excel defines the colour, at cell level (this should work) or at character level (unlikely to work).

Looks like you have a full fledged html page to be translated in Excel. First of all: ask the customer to provide proper html file.

If not possible, you will need to use regex and write your own html and code parser in the embedded content section of the Excel file type.

You can add tag pairs there, so your <span...> and </span> tags could completely disappear from the view in Studio. You can also hide the other codes using regex. Unfortunately it is not possible to have a single entry for this, so it cannot be done via forum. But you can be helped off-forum.
