Trados Studio 2024 crashes and crashes and crashes. It gets worse every day. Today I get out of memory errors not allowing me to save my work.
Language weaver causes crashes every time I reopen a project where I used language weaver. I uninstalled all plugins. I reinstalled Trados Studio 2024. My computer surely is fast enough.
It seems the termbase created in studio 2024 does not work properly together with Studio at all.

Same problem. Upgraded from the previous version to Studio 2024 in the hope it'd be more stable. Nope. And that Workaround link is dead, could you please update?
There was no workaround that worked for me. Even an remote session did not solve any of the problems. Go back to old version and wait is all thete is...
2022 was even worse, about once a week, after a crash, it would no longer work at all. I tried repair, no luck. I had to uninstall Studio and MultiTerm, manually delete all 'ghost' folders, restart, then re-install. At least whatever that corruption was, so far hasn't returned in 2024 so it's just a case of re-starting. Annoying, but at least it's not 2 hrs of reinstalling every week.
This is the advice I was given:
Please reset Studio. Delete these folders:
C:\Users\%username%\AppData\Local\Trados
C:\Users\%username%\AppData\Roaming\Trados\Trados Studio
...Documents\Studio 2024
Sometimes it helps for a while. My Trados only runs reasonably well when AutoPropagate is turned off and no TM- plugins are installed. That's not what was promised or what I paid for, but I don't know what else to do.
Hm turning off AutoPropagate does seem to help. Odd. I'll fly with that off for now, as that hardly slows things down. Thanks for mentioning that, it hadn't crossed my mind that AutoPropagate might be at fault here.
