file can't be recognized as billingual excel-I have changed filetype settings，but it doesn't work

Question

I changed settinf in File-settings-filetype to make sure ,but when I creat a new project,i,it's the same as default setting,it seems the change doesn't work

 not sure whether your issue is solved, but from what you write I would guess that you added the file to the project before making the changes to the file type settings. When you add a file it will be added using the current file type settings. any changes after that won't affect that particular file. But maybe all is solved now.

 It looks to me as though you just need to move the Bilingual Excel above the mono-lingual Excel files in your file list: 
 
 When you work with files that have an XLSX extension the first in the list will always be taken. Studio has no clue you want the second one to be used as it's just Excel. There is nothing in it to say "treat me as a special Excel". So in your template move it above, or disable the top one.
