Hello,
I have Trados Studio 2022 - 17.0.4.13209
I am uploading a pdf file to convert and translate as I have done so many times before. I choose "translate as a single document" and then the languages and the translation memory that I want to use. As I always have done. With the pdf of this specific client I get a pop up window with "The conversion was not successful"
What could be the issue please? What could I try to convert and work on these pdfs?

Some more information:
I upgraded to 2022 SR2 - 17.2.11.19134 and here is the result:
I converts but in the editor there is only a line for starting the document and a line for ending it. When I open the word file that resulted from the conversion I can see that the whole document became a picture.
How do I solve this please?
