Issue with Searching for Spaces in Studio 2024

Question

An error related to searching for double spaces was reported in Studio 2022 as follows: " Error when searching for double spaces in Studio 2022 " 
 I am now encountering a similar error in Studio 2024, even when searching for a single space. This issue seems to occur when a Document Structure item contains multiple segments. In the following video, the item "P" contains three segments, but the second and third segments are not being searched. 
 
 Does anyone know of a workaround for this issue? I frequently need to search for unnecessary spaces when working with non-space-delimited languages.

 Unfortunately this is still a problem in 2024 CU1 ( Loredana Stoia fyi), but there is a workaround. Install the SDLXLIFF Toolkit from the AppStore and this can also be used to search and/or replace. It will not miss segments. 
 You could also use the built in Advanced Display Filter, but this would require you manually looking for the double space in each filtered segment. But at least this is a readily available and simple check. 
 
 And you could also create a custom QA rule to find these problems as you work, or by running a QA check afterwards.
