According to your screenshots, you did not add the TM to your project settings. You need to add them in your project settings and check the Update checkbox so that the segments you confirm are written to the TM.

Go to your project settings and click on the items shown in this screenshot:

then navigate to the location where the TM is located.
Also make sure this checkbox is checked:

I have re-started this project three times. Do not ask my why ... I have no idea what was wrong. THe last time, I have realised a thing. Accidentally, I have made two TMs,

one was named Certificates, Diplomas, Licenses, CV-s and the other one just Certificates, Diplomas, CV-s. And I insisted and insisted to open the first one. But the second one was correct. Now ,  auto-suggesting and propagating is working, words are there finally in TM, but I am afraid that I will still have problems... Everytime, I gave different names Certificates.... and Certificates ...  again , then project 1, then a number let us say 7863. I reaaly do not know how would I extract the work when it will be finished. The target one. And, besides, the last page of the document is RO_EN, the first three EN_RO, how I will extract those? thank you.

Your explanations are quite puzzling.

Why? A TM is created once and then used for all or at least part of your projects. You don't create a new TM for every project, that would not make any sense. Basically, you only need one TM per language pair.

You cannot have two target languages in a document. In such a case, split your document and create two distinct projects, one RO-EN and one EN-RO.

Actually, you don't need to split it. Just make a copy of the document and in one of them you lock the EN-RO segments and in the other one you lock the RO-EN segments, so that in one project you deal only with the EN-RO and in the other one only with the RO-EN segments.
