How can I recover an ongoing project in Trados Studios 2022?

I had a job almost 80% translated (ENG-BrPT) in Trados Studio 2022 Freelance and suddently the program started to slow down pace and simply closed.

When I reopened it, that specific package had disappeared. I can download it again, sure, but how can I recover all the work done?
