Hello,
we upgraded from Trados Studio 2021 to 2024 and now we get the 'first time' dialogue every time we start the programme. We have to enter the email address each time to complete it.
We are using: TradosStudio2024_18.0.0.1013.exe

Before you can start working with Trados, you need to complete the initial setup. After you have activated the software, click Next--> select the Default Profile, and click Finish.

I created a profile and I even translated several terms. But the error still occurs at every start-up. The very first time there were four tabs to complete (1-4)

We have also experienced this problem a few times and the cause for it is not clear, but we finally managed to resolve it in most cases.
Suggested fixes in the order of impact are:
