Cannot deactivate my Trados licence offline

When I try to deactivate my licence offline, I only have the option to Activate my licence. I am however logged into my licence via my laptop. It seems that I'm out of synch somehow. Can I get some help?

I suggest you do a RESET of your license as described here:
Reset Single User licenses

I do not have a Reset Licence button...
