Cannot open a file from cloud project in Studio 2022. "Value cannot be null"

I was working in a project yesterday and everything was wonderful.

Today I start again but it seems the project has to be downloaded again. I try but nothing happens.

I close Trados and I try "Open in Studio" instead. Then Trados won't open.

I search i the forum and reset and repair Trados.

Finally I download the project but the error appears. What did I do wrong? (I might have closed Trados while it was "thinking")

Error dialog box with a red cross icon indicating 'Value cannot be null. Parameter name: source' and details about the System.ArgumentNullException.

    Hello,

It seems like you're experiencing issues with opening a file from a cloud project in Trados Studio 2022. Here are some steps you can try to resolve the issue:

Step 1: Ensure that your Trados Studio 2022 is up-to-date. You can check for updates within the application.

Step 2: Try to clear the cache of your Trados Studio. You can do this by going to "File" > "Setup" > "Options" > "Files and Folders" and click on "Clear Cache".

Step 3: If the issue persists, you might want to consider reinstalling Trados Studio 2022. Before you do this, make sure to back up any important data.

Step 4: If none of the above steps work, you can revert to the non-CU version of Trados Studio 2022 as suggested in the context. Here are the steps:

      1. Close Trados Studio 2022

      2. Uninstall your current instance of Trados Studio 2022

      3. Download the Trados Studio 2022_17.0.0.11594.exe installer from the RWS AppStore

      4. Install Trados Studio 2022 - 17.0.0.11594 (non CU)

Please note that it's important not to interrupt the software while it's processing tasks, as this can lead to errors or corruption of data.
